Collagen peptides can survive temperatures as high as 300°C, making collagen one of the few protein powders that may be used in hot drinks, cooking, and baking. It dissolves just as well in hot or cold water:

Please note: The serving suggestion is based on a 15ml tablespoon, which is the international standard. Most tablespoons found in kitchen drawers range from 10ml to 15ml. In Australia, however, a standard measuring tablespoon is 20ml. If you're using a 20ml spoon, please use two flat tablespoons.

Keep in mind that 15ml does not equal 15g of powder, and 20ml does not equal 20g. The weight depends on the density of the ingredient being measured.
