"This is the holy grail of eye treatments. I have exceptionally sensitive, allergy-prone (puffy) eyes and spend a fortune on eye creams that promise the world and do very little to deliver. The last cream I purchased for sensitive, puffy eyes made my eyes sting and gave no visible results whatsoever. I've loved the Black Chicken Face Oils for a while now, so thought it was time to give their ICU a try and I could not be happier. It is extremely soothing, no stinging and best of all, it totally eliminates any puffiness and lines. Just before I started using it, the skin under my eyes had developed a bit of eczema and after the first use, it was completely resolved the following morning. No eye cream has done that for me previously. Huge fan."
