The Black Chicken Axilla Deodorant Paste Barrier Booster is formulated to effectively neutralise odour, absorb moisture and strengthen skin tissue without the use of bicarb soda, making it ideal for sensitive skin.
Made from a range of soothing, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antioxidant ingredients, including Borage Seed oil, Shea Butter, Coconut oil, Camellia Tea oil and Vitamin E, it also contains Magnesium Hydroxide, which destroys odour-causing bacteria, and helps to detoxify the skin and treat sensitivity by lowering cortisol levels and improving cellular processes*. With Tapioca, Vegetable Glycerin and pH-neutral Diatomaceous Earth to absorb moisture, plus nutrient-rich Candelilla wax that is easily absorbed into the skin, Axilla Deodorant Paste Barrier Booster is designed to be just as effective as the original Black Chicken Remedies Axilla Deodorant Paste and, just like the original, allows your skin and sweat glands to function as normal.
It has a very light citrus scent from essential oils of Mandarin and Pink Grapefruit, but these are added at a very low concentration to avoid causing irritation. It is available in two sizes: 75g jar and 15g mini, which is ideal for travel.

Hard to open. Stops smell but not sweat.
"First time buying this product for elderly mother night sweats to rub on back. Got small sample jar. Couldn't figure out how to open. Sticker says "peel off" - so I did. That just revealed the jar with no sticker! Tried to press, twist and no instructions how to open. Finally got my hubby to put on grip glove and with a lot of effort twisted it open but told me not to close shut otherwise can't open again. Product prevents smell but not sweat. Won't be buying again."

"I love this deodorant paste. Its smells woodsy rather than floral but I personally like that. It is a paste so requires using your fingers to put it on. But I find it lasts so much longer than the types that don't ie sprays, roll-on or solid styles that break apart and you need to use your fingers anyway."

"Started this about 2 years ago after at least 5 on the original. Holds up better to weather than the original, I find the texture less aggressive on skin. Is hard in cold weather but generally need less then anyway. Lasts ages and was the ONLY thing that stopped my teen boy smelling after trialling 4 other more traditionally applied natural deodorants."
