    "Lovely product, but it is jammed shut! Yes, I have had it for more than a year, as I don't need it often, but it should still open! It is totally jammed shut. I had only used it a few times, so it is pretty much full. Opened a few times, and now won't. Nourished Life, and Badger, have both, offered NOTHING to rectify this problem. Not good enough!"
