• Calm: Add 10 drops to a diffuser. Repeat as required.
• Cystitis: Add 10 drops to a sitz bath or bath. Alternatively, apply 2-3 drops to the lower abdomen, either pure or mixed with oil or body cream. Repeat for at least 3 days and as required. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
• Skin: Add 3 drops to 1 teaspoon of massage balm or moisturiser. Repeat as required.
• Nerves: Add 10 drops to a bath once a week. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
