• Skin health - itchiness: Add 5-10 drops to a bath. Repeat twice a week or as required. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes. Alternatively, apply 1-2 drops to itchy bites. Repeat as required.
• Congestion: Add 5 drops to 5 drops each of lavender spike and eucalyptus. Use via steam inhalation or dilute in 2ml of sweet almond oil and rub over the chest and back. Repeat as required.
• Yeast infection - women: Add 5 drops to the bath or 2 drops to a douche. Repeat daily as required. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes. Alternatively, add 1 drop to ½ teaspoon of organic aloe vera gel, mix, apply to a small tampon, insert into the vagina and leave for up to 2 hours.
• Skin cleanse - for dry skin: Add 5 drops to your face and body wash. Apply daily as required.
