• Add 5 drops to ½ cup of fatty milk (nut, bean, grain, or dairy) and pour into a bath. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
• Add 5 drops to a hot compress and apply to the lower back every other night.

Menstrual phases:

• Add 5 drops to a bath or diffuser every other night for at least one full cycle. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.

Stress:

• Add 5 drops to a diffuser to refresh the atmosphere.
• Add 1 drop to 2 teaspoons of carrier oil and use for massage.

Skin tonic:

• Use 1–2 drops on a warm facial compress
