• Sprains and repetitive strain: Massage 1 teaspoon directly into the affected area and around the joints to support healthy circulation. Add 1 teaspoon of Arnica Cream and a few drops of lavender true for added healing and soothing benefits.
• Arthritis and rheumatic pain: Combine 1 teaspoon with 5 drops of juniper berry and 2 drops of German chamomile at night. Repeat as required.
• Liver detox: Soak a clean, organic, colour-free cotton cloth in warm castor oil and place it on the right side of the abdomen. Cover with plastic, then a towel, and place a hot water bottle on top. Rest for up to 2 hours. Rinse with water and baking soda. Repeat 3 times a week for up to 3 months. Maintain a clean, healthy diet during this time.
• Digestive discomfort: Gently warm 1 tablespoon and massage onto the stomach in a clockwise direction. Add 2 drops of peppermint essential oil, 1 drop of oregano essential oil, and 1 drop of coriander seed essential oil to enhance digestive effects.
• Skin cleansing: For a deep facial cleanse, use 1 tablespoon of organic castor oil and massage thoroughly into the face and neck for 2-3 minutes. Repeat for 10 days.
