• Composure and relaxation: Add 3–5 drops to your diffuser to calm your immediate surroundings.
• Deodorant: Add 15 drops of bergamot and 10 drops of lemon to 25ml of jojoba oil or 50g of aloe vera gel. Apply under the arms after a shower. Repeat as required.
• Stress: Add 5 drops of bergamot and 5 drops of lemon to a diffuser. Repeat as needed.
