• Coughs: Add 1–3 drops to almond oil and apply to the soles of the feet or chest (for children 6 months and up).
• Immune system and allergies: Add 1–5 drops to ½ cup of milk, then pour into bath water. Repeat daily, ensuring baths do not exceed 15 minutes. You can also add 1–3 drops to almond oil and apply to the soles of the feet (6 months and up), repeating daily.
