• Skincare: Apply directly to the skin as a nourishing moisturiser as often as required.
• Skin irritation: Apply liberally to affected areas of hard, dry or itchy skin.
• Haircare: Run your fingertips through damp hair or apply directly to dry ends. Massage into the scalp to help prevent hair loss.
• Split ends: Apply directly to split ends and leave overnight. Repeat 2-3 times per week.
• Acne: Apply directly to affected skin for a few weeks to help control sebum production and balance oily skin.
• Dandruff: Massage the desired amount directly into your scalp and leave on overnight, then wash your hair as usual. Repeat 2-3 times a week. Alternatively, mix 1 teaspoon with 3-5 drops of rosemary cineol and apply to slightly damp hair and scalp. Gently massage the blend into the affected area and leave on for at least 30 minutes or overnight for an intensive treatment. Rinse and shampoo hair. Repeat 2-3 times a week until improvement is noticed.
