Nourished Rewards are one of the ways we like to reward you for living your best Nourished Life - and say thank you for choosing us.

Login and every time you shop with us, you’ll earn Nourished Rewards. For every AUD $1 you spend, you will earn 1 Nourished Reward point. Each point is worth AUD 5 cents, if you have 20 points, that’s AUD $1. You can use your Nourished Rewards just like real dollars to spend on future orders.

• Each reward point is worth AUD 5 cents. 20 points = AUD $1.
• Your Nourished Rewards will be waiting for you at checkout. Login to see your Nourished Rewards balance at the top of this page, or within your account.

• Your Nourished Rewards are valid for 180 days. Each time you are logged in and place an order or earn new rewards points, your expiry date will reset.
• Logged in? You can earn rewards points every time you shop, successfully refer a friend, or complete one of the 'You'll be rewarded with' offers above.
• If you're subscribed to our emails we’ll send you a reminder before your points are due to expire.

The more you nourish, the more you're rewarded. As you move up the reward tiers, you’ll earn more perks and rewards - from vouchers to giveaways, and more.

By signing up you become a Self-care Starter, there are four tiers to work your way through, each earning you more rewards.

Your tier is calculated off your spend over the last year:

• Self-care Starter – you’ve spent less than AUD $200 in the last 365 days.
• Glow Getter – you’ve spent between AUD $200 - $499.99 in the last 365 days.
• Natural Nourisher – you’ve spent between AUD $500 - $999.99 in the last 365 days.
• Vibrant VIP – you’ve spent AUD $1,000 or more in the last 365 days.

Your total spend does not include any rewards, promotions or Gift Card redemptions.

Which reward tier am I in?

• Login and check this page to view your tier status. Your progress bar will show your current tier and let you know how close you are to reaching the next one (and unlocking new rewards).
• Part of our previous rewards program? To make sure you’re rewarded with any new offers and benefits from the get-go we’ve calculated your tier based on your spend at Nourished Life over the last year.

How do I know if I have reached a new reward tier?

• When you move up a tier you will be rewarded with a voucher to use towards your next order. The higher your new tier, the bigger your rewards will be.
• Reached a new tier? You can find your voucher code by clicking on the Rewards History button at the top of this page. Subscribed to our emails? We will also send you an email to let you know when you’ve moved up a tier.

Will my reward tier expire and can I move down a tier?

• Once you’ve unlocked a reward tier, you will remain in this tier for one year. After then, your tier will be recalculated based off your spend in the last 365 days.
• Make sure you keep shopping and earning rewards to maintain your tier.
• You can continue moving up tiers at any time. Keep checking your progress bar so you know how close you are to reaching the next tier.
