Nourished Life have created our own brand of beautiful yet simple Konjac Sponges, and this one comes infused with Green Clay that is ideal for oily and combination skin types. These soft sponges have a 1500 year history of being used as beauty and medicinal aids by the Japanese and are ideal for cleansing your face of any grime and your daily make-up whilst also gently removing any dead skin cells. They are rich in revitalising minerals and are PH neutral which means they alkalise your complexion by balancing the acidity of any impurities and oil in your skin.
They have been made with Japanese Konjac Potato Fibre and Green Clay that has an incredible power of absorption which helps to draw oil and grease from your skin but is also rich in minerals and fine essential oils that smooth as they soften, restoring vitality and glow. The sponges are entirely biodegradable and can be put in your compost or garden once finished, making them 100% natural and environmentally friendly. Used just on their own or with your cleanser, they will massage your skin as you cleanse which in turn encourages blood flow and stimulates new cell growth. They are a beautifully simple daily cleansing tool.

How to use
Soak thoroughly for 3 to 5 minutes in warm water before each use, squeezing gently until it becomes soft.
Use on its own or with a little of your favourite cleanser (you will only need half the amount) to remove make-up and gently remove dead skin cells.
Gentle enough to use daily.
Rinse thoroughly after use, squeezing out excess water (do not wring).
Leave to dry with good air circulation.
Store in the fridge to help it last longer.
Sterilise by soaking in boiling water once a week.
Replace every 4-6 weeks.
Dispose in compost bin or in the garden after use.
