    Diatomaceous earth (amorphous silica, freshwater type) is a mineral food made from a superfine powder of fossilised algae from freshwater lakes. This diatomaceous earth is of the highest food-grade, carefully sourced by Lee Holmes, clinical nutritionist and founder of Supercharged Food and the Love Your Gut range.

    Easy to use, minimal taste, mixes easily in drinks and food. Mix 1 teaspoon (1.8g) daily into water, juice, smoothies or add to meals.
