Each preparation makes 6 serves:

1. ‘Bloom’ Gutsy Gummies by adding 1/3 cup (50g) into 100ml of water and stir until an even texture is achieved.

2. Add 250ml of recently boiled, hot water to the bloomed mixture and stir until dissolved.

3. Pour into moulds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set. Eat straight from the fridge.

Get creative by adding your favourite juices or fresh fruits.

Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C, keep the container sealed.

Store prepared Gutsy Gummies in the fridge and consume within 3 days.
