    Product Description
    Clear blocked sinuses naturally, with ECO. Modern Essentials' unique Sinus Clear Essential Oil Rollerball. A blend to help treat the symptoms of hay fever, sinus, colds and flu. This blend combines the essential oils of lemongrass, lime, grapefruit and peppermint to lighten a heavy head.

    Benefits:

    * Can be applied directly to the skin

    Use as required up to 6 times per day.

    By inhalation: Add up to 6 drops to your diffuser or apply 3 drops to your pillow or tissue and inhale.

    For external use only.

    Sun exposure warning:

    When applying citrus essential oils or blends that contain citrus topically, avoid direct sunlight for 12 hours as they may cause photosensitivity.

    Is this suitable for use during pregnancy?

    This blend contains peppermint, which is not recommended for use in the early stages of pregnancy. However, it is safe to use in the last few weeks of pregnancy and during labor if desired. Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner.

    Is this suitable for children?

    Not recommended for use for children under 12 years old. Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies' skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming for their developing systems. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops than you would for an adult (e.g. 2-3 drops).

    Is this suitable to use around pets?

    Peppermint and citrus essential oils are not recommended for use around pets.

    Can this oil be ingested?

    Essential oils should not be taken internally unless you have consulted with a health professional or aromatherapist first.
