Dream Drops Essential Oil Blend:
A restful blend of lavender, geranium and ylang yland, designed to ease into a restful nights sleep.

Lavender Pure Essential Oil:
A light floral aroma, well known for its relaxing and healing qualities.

Sleep Essential Oil Blend:
A combination of mandarin, lavender, frankincense, ylang ylang and chamomile, this blend is formulated to help you relax and unwind.

Benefits:
* Three key oils intended to achieve less stress and more relaxation which will ease you into a better sleep
* The benefits of a good nights sleep will carry on into your day. It is shown to help with productivity levels, energy longevity and skin clarity

How to use

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser.

Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.

Pillow: Add 1 drop to your pillow before going to bed.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower.

Bath: Add up to 2-3 drops to a dispersant such as oil, then add to the bath.

Topically: Mix 1 drop with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists and back of the next before going to bed.

Is this suitable for use during pregnancy?
Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner.

Is this suitable for children?
Not recommended for children under 3 months old. After 3 months, use small amounts in a diffuser or for a masssage, use a 1% dilution ratio in carrier oil.

Is this suitable to use around pets?
Not recommended for use around pets.

Can this oil be ingested?
Essential oils should not be taken internally unless you have consulted with a health professional or aromatherapist first.
