The Sedona Express Food Dehydrator with 11 BPA-Free Plastic Trays is a compact, full-featured dehydrator with a kitchen-friendly design, and allows you to create delicious, healthy and preservative free foods and snacks easily and safely. The 11 trays allow large quantities and varieties of foods to be dehydrated at once, with even airflow and rapid dehydration supplied by Sedona's central single-fan technology.
A Two-Stage Sequential Temperature-Timer (TST) feature reduces dehydration time by starting the cycle at a higher temperature (FAST mode), then automatically reducing the temperature (RAW mode) to complete the process. This feature also regulates the temperature of the food to ensure maximum nutrition is retained. User-friendly digital controls allow the precise setting of time and temperature.
The Sedona features quiet operation, protection against overheating, continuous operation for up to 99 hours, a transparent glass door and internal LED light, and a washable and reusable air filter. It also has a BPA-free, non-flammable plastic body.
