Coconut Magic Organic Coconut Nectar is an all-natural, organic, unrefined, unfiltered, low GI (35) and low fructose sweetener that comes from the liquid sap of coconut flowers. Highly nutritious, it is delicious in both raw and cooked recipes, and is an ideal alternative to maple syrup or honey. As it is a sucrose-based sweetener, it is also suitable for those with fructose sensitivities.
Coconut Magic Organic Coconut Nectar has a high mineral content and is a rich source of magnesium, zinc, potassium and iron. It also contains Vitamins B1, B2, B3 & B6, and a range of amino acids.
The coconut nectar used comes from farmers who specifically grow coconut palms for their flowers, and do not expect to sell coconuts for the oil or the water. Only a very small percentage of farmers in Thailand are involved in coconut nectar farming.
Australian-owned. From coconut palms grown in sustainable plantations in Thailand. Certified Organic, Vegan, GMO-free, Gluten-free, Palm Oil-free, Packaged in glass.

Coconut flower nectar can be used as a natural sweetener in tea, coffee, baking, or (our personal favourite), as a syrup over pancakes, toast or ice cream. It is commonly used in preparing raw food desserts, in smoothies and in juices. It works in any recipe as a replacement to honey, agave syrup, maple syrup or sugar.
