  • How much is postage?

    1. Parcel Post Delivery - FREE for orders over $65 AUD (and $8.95 for orders under $65 AUD). With the following targeted delivery times:

    • Sydney – 1 day
    • East Coast main urban centres – 2-5 days
    • South Australia – 2-4 days
    • West Australia – 4-8 days
    • Australia remote areas – 6-12 days

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Can I track my order?

    Yes! We'll email you your tracking number as soon as your order has been packed and is ready for collection by our courier. You can then track your parcel's journey here.

    If you don't already have an Australia Post account, you might like to sign up or download the AusPost app. Both are free and allow you to use these handy tools, such as:

  • Do you offer express shipping?

    Yes, we offer Express Post Parcel Delivery with a targeted delivery of 1-5 business days.

    • $9.95 for orders over $150 AUD
    • $14.95 for orders under $150 AUD

    If your order contains goods that airline regulations do not permit to express ship (e.g. flammable), you will be able to view this at the checkout page.

  • What can I do to have my parcel delivered without my signature?

    If you don't want your parcel delivery to require a signature and are happy for Australia Post to leave your order in a secure location at your address, then select the 'Authority to Leave' checkbox on the 'Shipping' section of the checkout. This gives your courier the authority to leave your parcel where they deem safe at your address.

    You can also provide your courier instructions on where to place your parcel by ticking the 'Provide delivery instructions' tick box and typing in your instructions.

    Note that Australia Post use their discretion with deliveries and if there is nowhere secure to leave the order, they may take it to the nearest Post Office or collection spot. If you change your mind after the order is shipped, you can always update your shipping preferences with a MyPost account, or through the Australia Post Tracking app.

  • How do I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

    As long as you haven't received your dispatch notification we can change the address on your order.

    Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and correct delivery address and we will update this for you.

    If your order has been dispatched, You can call Australia Post on 137678, with your order's tracking number to put through your request, or on your Australian Post My Post account.

  • Do you deliver overseas?

    We are currently only shipping orders within Australia. Subscribe to our emails or follow us on social media for updates on this.

  • My order hasn't arrived, can you help me locate it?

    If you haven't received your order within 7 days (for Parcel Post) or 3 days (for Express Parcel) of receiving your dispatch notification please contact us with your order number and we will investigate this for you.

    How can I track my order?

    You can track your order using the tracking number from your dispatch notification with the Australia Post Tracking Tool, or on the Australia Post app. If you would prefer to call Australia Post, you can do this by calling 13 7678 and they will be able to help you out.

    How can I find my tracking number?

    You can find your tracking number in your dispatch notification email.

    You can also find your tracking number by signing into your account. Simply go to the Orders section, and click through to view your order. On the right-hand side you will be able to find the shipping information including your tracking number.

    Can't find your tracking number? That's OK, simply contact us and we will be able to find this for you.

  • Can you combine my orders and refund my shipping?

    Due to our secure checkout, we're unable to increase your charge for an additional product once you've placed your order.

    We want to get your Nourished Life goodies to you as soon as possible, and our warehouse processing times are very speedy.

    Unfortunately, this does mean that we are unable to adjust orders to combine shipping costs.

    The good news is that with our quick dispatch and eco-friendly packaging, placing an additional order will be kind to the planet, and get to you before you know it too 😊

  • How do flammable and other dangerous goods get shipped?

    We offer Australia Parcel Post as a delivery option when purchasing flammable products such as perfume or nail polish.

  • What is Australia Post Collect and how does it work?

    Australia Post Parcel Collect allows you to send your parcels to the collection point you have set as your collection point on your MyPost account. Collection Point locations include Post Offices, Parcel Lockers and retail partners such as supermarkets, pharmacies and service stations. Australia Post will notify you when your parcel is ready for collection. Read more here.

Returns

  • What is your returns policy?

    Can I return a product?

    We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of purchase on products, provided they are returned in the same condition as they were bought and have not been used, opened, or damaged on their way back to us. 

    Please provide your order number with your return and make sure your product/s are wrapped well so that they arrive in a re-saleable condition. 

    Please note the shipping back cost of an unwanted product and isn't refundable by Nourished Life. We recommend sending your product back with a tracked service, as we're not able to provide support should items go missing before they reach us.  

    Can all unwanted products be returned for a refund?

    Unfortunately not, due to health restrictions, change of mind returns is not available for razors, blades, facemasks, underwear, period underwear, menstrual cups, chocolate, reusable sanitary pads, feminine hygiene products, or gift cards. 

  • How can I return my unwanted product?

    Please provide your order number with your return and make sure your product/s are wrapped well so that they arrive in a re-saleable condition.

    Please note: Due to health restrictions, change of mind returns are not available for Sexual Health products, face protection products, eye masks, female sanitary products and breast pumps. Brands include VUSH, LELO, Dame, Smile Makers, We-Vibe, Elvie, Jonny, Yes Yes, Bonk, Natracare, Pelvi, Juju, Intimina, Scarlet, Modibodi, Thinx, Hannahpad, Tsuno, TOM Organic, Boody, Lunette, Bubby Gump, Haakaa, Manta..We also cannot provide change of mind returns on gift vouchers.

  • Will I get an update on my return? 

    Yes, we will process your return within 10 days of receiving it and update you by email. Please allow an extra week for your refund to appear on your account

  • When will I receive my refund? 

    You'll be refunded through the same payment method as your order.

    Once your return has been processed, we will send you an update to let you know. Your return will generally be processed within 10 business days of its arrival back to our warehouse. Please allow an extra week for your refund to appear on your account. 

  • I've received a faulty or a damaged item, what can I do?

    We're sorry to hear you've received a faulty item or one that was damaged on its way to you. 

    No need to send it back, simply  Contact Us  and we'll sort this out for you. 

    If your product is faulty, please let us know your product's batch and/or expiry date. 

    For a damaged product - please send us a photo at  when possible. 

  • I've had a reaction. What can I do?

    If you are concerned that you may be experiencing a reaction to one of the products that you have purchased from us, we strongly recommend that you discontinue using it. 

    We cannot accept returns of products you have personal sensitivities to.  

    Please check your product labels carefully for ingredients you may be sensitive to. 

    We are very happy to answer any questions about our products if you need advice, email us at , or talk to us via our Online Chat.

  • I need to change/cancel my order, how do I do this?

    We are more than happy to help you to cancel your order if it has not been dispatched yet.

    Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We process our orders very quickly, so please let us know as soon as you can.

    My order has been dispatched, how can I cancel it?

    You can either return it to us once it's arrived, for a full refund. You can find all the information you need to return your products in our Returns FAQ's.

    Or you can lodge a request to redirect your parcel back to us through Australia Post MyPost account or via the Australia Post tracking app.

  • How do I know if my order was successful?

    As soon your order been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will also be able to view your order on your account, in the 'Order History' section.

  • Will products that used to be available with Nourished Life return to stock?

    The short answer is – yes, most likely.

    We're working hard to restock our warehouse with many of Nourished Life's much-loved brands. We also have some exciting new brands on the way too, which we can't wait to introduce you to!

    If you're wanting to see if a product is returning to NL, you can search for it in the search bar at the top of our site.

    If the product comes up in your search results, it means that we are hoping to restock it soon.

    When you click on the product, you will be taken through to the product page, from there you can click on the green box that says "Notify Me" and enter in your email address. This way you'll be the first to know when this product is available again. 😊

    You can also keep an eye on our social posts or make sure you're signed up to our emails to hear when your favourite products are available again.

Promos, Discounts & Vouchers

  • How do I use a discount code?

    To use your discount code, simply enter the code into the "DISCOUNT CODE / FREE GIFT CODE" field at checkout.

    Only one discount code can be redeemed per order.

    Discount codes cannot be applied to price- reduced items, gift vouchers, individual products that are valued over $200, and other select items, packs or brands.

  • How to redeem Nourished Life gift vouchers and credit notes

    To redeem your gift voucher or credit note, simply enter the code into the "GIFT VOUCHER / CREDIT NOTE CODE" field at checkout.

    Gift vouchers and/or credit notes can't be redeemed on orders in which NL$ are also being redeemed. To apply your gift voucher or credit note instead of your NL$, simply remove your NL$ by hovering over the NL$ line, then clicking the 'X' icon, then enter your voucher code.

    Gift vouchers can't be redeemed when purchasing another gift voucher.

    Only one gift voucher or credit note can be redeemed per order.

    Gift vouchers are single use only – the full amount of the gift voucher must be redeemed in on one order. If the gift voucher value is higher than the total to pay, the unredeemed balance will be voided.

    Gift vouchers & credit notes can be used as part of the payment on an order if the order's total to pay is higher than the gift voucher balance.

    Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of their purchase and are not refundable to exchange with cash.

  • How can I buy a gift voucher?

    You can purchase a Nourished Life gift voucher using this link

    You can select from pre-set values between $20 to $400 AUD.

    Gift vouchers valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

    Once you've purchased a gift voucher you will be sent an email message with a pdf. Attachment showing your gift voucher code and expiry date.

    You can then forward this email message to your gift's recipient.

    When purchasing a gift voucher - NL$'s, Credit Notes or other gift vouchers aren't applicable. If you wish to redeem your NL$'s, credit note or gift voucher, simply remove your gift voucher from your cart, and proceed.

  • How do I get the free gift you are promoting?

    We often offer free gifts with purchase. Some free gifts require you to enter a code at checkout in the "DISCOUNT CODE / FREE GIFT" field.

    It's always helpful to make sure your cart shows your free gift before you place your order.

  • My discount code is not working

    My promo code is not working? What should I do?

    Please check that your order meets the requirements of the discount code. Each discount code has specific conditions that must be met, to get the discount offered. For example - minimum order value.

    Double-check the spelling and numbers (taking care not to mix up the letter O, and the number 0). Copy and paste the code is a great way to make sure the spelling is correct.

    Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the code before applying it

    Please also check the expiry date. All our discount codes have an expiry date and the code will not work if you are trying to use it after the expiry date.

    Free gift codes are only valid while stock lasts, and will show an 'invalid' error message once all the available free gifts have been purchased.

    Discount codes do not apply on products that are currently at a discounted price, products over $200 or gift vouchers.

    Remember, discount codes are offered to specific customers and will only work on their accounts. Please read our Terms & Conditions for more info.

  • Can I use more than one promotional code on my order?

    Only one promotional code can be redeemed per order.

  • I forgot to enter my code, what do I do?

    We're sorry to hear you've forgotten to add your code. Promotional codes, credit notes or gift vouchers, can not  be exchanged or transferred for cash or products of similar value. Please contact us so we can assist you with this

  • Do you have gift cards available?

    Yes we certainly do! You can shop our gift vouchers here.

    Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase and can be used to purchase sale and promotional items

    Once you've placed your order for a gift voucher, you will receive an email with a PDF file with the gift voucher code and use instructions.

    Simply send your gift voucher email to your gift recipient on their special day

    Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and can not be exchanged for cash.

    Storewide offers, promotional codes, and NL$ aren't applicable on purchasing of gift vouchers.

  • When does my gift voucher expire?

    Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from purchase, and their expiry date is shown on your gift voucher email.

  • Can I use a discount code on an already reduced item?

    No, discount codes are not applicable on price-reduced products, gift vouchers, or products over $200

  • I need to update my account details; how do I do that?

    You can easily update your email address, saved credit card and delivery address, by sign-in to your account, in the  My Details.

    Click the 'Request code to change my details' button.

    An email will be sent to you to verify your identity, with a link to update your details.

    Please note this email link is valid for 45 minutes. If you haven't been able to update your details within in this time, simply send yourself a new verification email.

  • How do I create a new account?

    To create a new account, simply click the 'Sign Up' link next to the person icon at top right of the site, and enter your first name and email address.

    You will receive a welcome email to verify your email address with a link to complete your account registration.

  • How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

    To unsubscribe simply click the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the email you wish to unsubscribe from.

    If you've unsubscribed from only 1 mailing list, you will continue to receive emails from other mailing lists you haven't unsubscribed from.

  • I forgot my password; how do I get a new one?

    Simply click the 'Forgot my password' link in the sign-in window, or use our   Forgotten Password page.

    An email will be set to you with a reset password link.

    Please note the reset link is valid for 45 minutes. If the link has expired, simply send a new re-set email.

    Please use the link on the latest reset email, as each one expires previous links.

  • How do I earn NL$ for Reviews

    Reviews are a great way to help our community make better-informed decisions, so we want to reward you for writing a review. You will earn NL$0.10 as soon as your review is approved for publishing, if you have placed an order in the past 6 months. 

    For every approved review you write you'll earn NL$0.10. 

    Placed an order?  If you're subscribed to our emails we'll send you an email request to review your products. 

    You can use the link on the email request to upload your video or photo.

  • What is the Nourished Life Club?

    The Nourished Life loyalty club is our way of rewarding you for shopping with us! In the club, you can earn NL$, rewards, gain exclusive access to sales, and so much more. There are 4 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Easily move up a tier by earning points for every dollar you spend.

  • How can I join the Nourished Life Club?

    Simply create an account to join the club by signing up here, everyone can sign up for free and it's so easy to do so. Plus, you get 10% off your next order.

    To activate your account, find the verification code that been sent to your email address and copy it into the verification window on our online shop.

  • Where can I view the Nourished Life Club terms & conditions and privacy policies?

  • I am already subscribed to Nourished Life Newsletter; do I still need to join?

    Yes, you will still need to join the Nourished Life Club separately. You can sign up today and start earning points!

  • If I haven't signed up to Nourished Life Club and have made previous purchases, is my previous spend included when I sign up?

    Previous spend cannot be transferred to your club membership. To ensure you earn your NL Dollars and Points, make sure you're signed into your account before shopping.

  • Will I get a Nourished Life membership card?

    The Nourished Life Club is online only, so a membership card is not required. As long as you are logged in, you will be earning NL$ and points. Make sure you sign in!

  • How do Nourished Life Club levels work?

    Each time you shop you earn points, and the higher your Nourished Life Club level goes. Here are the club tiers.

    • Bronze = on joining
    • Silver = yearly earn of 3750+ points
    • Gold = yearly earn of 7500+ points
    • Platinum = yearly earn15000+ points

    Every $1 spent on products = you earn 5 points.

    100 points = NL$ to redeem at checkout

    Your yearly spend is calculated from the date you've joined the club.

  • How do I know which level I'm in?

    Your member level will appear on your profile dashboard as you sign in. You can also find your NL$ and points balance on the same page.

  • How do I level up in Nourished Life Club?

    As soon as you reach the point threshold for each level, you will be sent an email confirming your new status. The more you spend the more points you earn. Every $1 = 5 points.

  • How do I maintain my Nourished Life Club level?

    Once you reach a Nourished Life Club level, your benefits for that level will be valid over a 12-month period from that date. If you reach a higher level within that period, you will then get the benefits of the higher level from that new date for a 12-month period.

  • How long does it take for my NL$ and Points to update after a purchase?

    Your NL$ and Point balance updates immediately after purchase to your account.

  • What's the difference between Points and NL$?

    NL$ (vouchers) and Points are separate – however, the amount you spend will determine how many NL$ and points you earn and accumulate.

    Your points determine your club level ($1 spent = 5 points).

    Your spend determines your NL$ vouchers (For every $20 spent = 1 NL$). These dollars are accumulated after each purchase. You can redeem off your next order, or you can let them accumulate to redeem later – but don't forget, your NL$ expire after 6 months! Don't worry, we will send you a reminder before they expire.

  • How do I earn NL$ for leaving product reviews?

    If you place an order but do not pay for it your NL$ will remain attached to that order whilst awaiting payment. If this happens to you, please contact Customer Service quoting the order number from your order confirmation email.

  • When will my NL$ expire?

    Your NL$ are valid for 6 months from your last purchase.

    We will send you a reminder email before they expire to make sure you don't miss out, if you are subscribed to our Reward Reminders mailing list

  • I forgot to apply my NL$, can you refund me?

    NL$ are not refundable or exchangeable.

    You must first log in to your Qantas account on the Qantas Shopping Website.

    From here search for "Nourished Life" and once on the profile click the "Shop Now" button.

    No, you will need to sign in on your Qantas account first, and click the link to the Nourished Life website before you begin shopping.
