Certified Cruelty Free

Certified Cruelty-Free Beauty & Skincare
We look closely at the ethical stance of all the brands we stock, and this includes their position on animal testing. Our extensive range of certified cruelty-free skincare, beauty and household products meet strict guidelines when it comes to being cruelty-free. This includes avoiding animal testing, and we actively choose products that do not test on animals. A number of national and international organisations provide cruelty-free certification, enabling consumers to make informed choices that align with their values. You'll find PETA, the Leaping Bunny Standard and CCF logos alongside products certified cruelty-free, so at Nourished Life, you can shop with a clear conscience.

Backed by PETA, Leaping Bunny Standard & CFF
People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) is a UK-based organisation that believes animals are not ours to use for food, clothing, experimentation or entertainment. They operate worldwide, accrediting companies that do not conduct or commission animal testing on ingredients, formulations or finished products. In the mid-1990s, eight national animal protection groups in the USA banded together to form the Coalition for Consumer Information on Cosmetics (CCIC). From this came the internationally recognised Leaping Bunny logo. Wherever you see this logo, you can be sure that the product is guaranteed to be 100% free of new animal testing. Choose Cruelty Free (CCF) is an Australian non-profit organisation that actively campaigns for an end to animal testing in beauty and household products. The CCF accreditation criteria are stringent and include a strict policy on animal-derived ingredients.
