Widely used in Europe and the US, the Lunette Menstrual Cup is made of soft medical-grade silicone, and is hypoallergenic, odourless, easy to use and comfortable. A safe, healthy and eco-friendly alternative to disposable sanitary pads and tampons, the cup is ideal for women and girls of all ages. As it will last from 5 to 10 years if cared for properly, it's also very economical to use and will prevent thousands of disposable sanitary items from becoming landfill or polluting our oceans.
The Lunette Menstrual Cup needs to be emptied only 2 to 4 times a day, can be used when playing any sport and can also be used overnight. It will not interfere with the natural lubricating ability of the vagina nor dry the mucous membrane, and is safe to use with both an IUD and a contraceptive ring. The cup has a totally smooth lining that makes it very easy to clean, and has measuring lines for monitoring flow.

How to use
The Lunette Cup is folded into a C shape and inserted into the vagina, where it will open to create a seal and securely collect menstrual fluid. It is removed when full, emptied, cleaned and re-inserted. After a cycle it is cleaned and stored ready for use next time.
A User Guide is included with your Lunette Cup.
