Light Resistance 28 g / 1 oz. This starting weight is ideal for beginners or women with a weaker pelvic ﬂoor.
Moderate Resistance 38 g / 1.3 oz. This starting weight is ideal for women who have experience in weight-free Kegel exercising
Higher Resistance 48 g / 1.7 oz. This starting weight is ideal for women experienced in weighted Kegel exercising.

How to use
1. Choose: Select your Laselle Kegal weight
2. Insert: Keeping the retraction cord outside the body, insert the exerciser(s) into the vagina with a firm but gentle push, using some water-based lubricant for added comfort. You will be able to feel its weight, but it shouldn't hurt.
3. Placement: The exerciser(s) should be positioned about 2 cm / 1 in. inside the vagina. By that, you'll know they're in the right place. The only thing left to do is - squeeze!
