About our Naturopath
I would love to introduce you to our Naturopath Melanie Ruckley. I discovered Mel this year when I was seeking advice and treatment for adrenal fatigue and was so impressed I convinced her to join our team.
Mel has been practising at the well respected Rock Lily Natural Health Care clinic on the Northern Beaches of Sydney for the past six years. Mel is passionate about finding lasting solutions for her clients. Her strengths include skin and gut health, children's health, women's health and helping people to address adrenal stress amidst a busy modern environment.

We offer a full Naturopathic Consultation service via telephone, Skype and face to face if you live locally. These consultations are designed to address both common and complex health concerns and include:
- A comprehensive health survey and consultation
- Referrals for relevant Functional and Integrative Testing (Full Thyroid Panels, Blood Tests, Digestive Analysis, Bio-combatibility Hair Testing)
- Diet Analysis and guidance
- Access to exclusive practitioner-only products which can be ordered alongside your favourite Nourished Life products
Prices
Initial Consultation $140. Includes online survey, test recommendations and approximately one hour on Skype/Phone
Follow-up $99. Approximately 45 minutes
