Orange is known for its ability to alleviate tension and anger; Bitter Orange is uplifting and energising for the body, yet calming to the mind. It is used in Ayurvedic medicine as an aid to meditation. Patchouli is a traditional remedy for low mood and tension; whilst Sandalwood has long been associated with its ability to reduce fear, stress, and restlessness.
