Raspberry Raspberries are a rich source of dietary fibre to flush out toxins and create clearer skin plus they are a powerhouse of antioxidants, which as we know fight against free radical damage to reduce dryness, fine lines and wrinkles.
They are one of the top foods for fighting acne and blemishes and their seeds contain a high amount of Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids which are great for treating skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis.
Red Wine Resveratrol It's official: the occasional glass of red wine can do you good. It contains antioxidants and a substance called resveratrol, both of which have heart-healthy and incredible anti-aging skin care benefits. Red wine resveratrol is the substance that's garnered the most hype and attention in the health world. The resveratrol comes from the skin of grapes, and because red wine is fermented longer than white wine, it contains more of it. Research has shown that the anti-microbial substance can prevent blood clots as well as damage to blood vessels.
The antioxidants in red wine – called polyphenols – help to protect against artery damage. They also raise HDL, the 'good' cholesterol, and lower the amount of LDL, the 'bad' cholesterol, in your heart. Of course, the key is moderation – pair red wine with good nutrition to reap the health benefits.
Retinol Retinol is an anti-aging powerhouse known for combatting wrinkles, pigmentation and dry skin. Natural Retinols is also known as Vitamin A and can be found in our food, converted by the body to Vitamin A.

Rooibos tea is used in natural skincare because it contains a mimic of the enzyme Super Oxide Dismutase (S.O.D.), an antioxidant which attacks the free radicals and limits their damaging effects. It is also used in natural skincare because it contains alphahydroxy acids and zinc for healthy, smooth skin. Especially useful in natural skincare treatments for skin irritations like itchy skin, eczema, sunburns, diaper rash and acne.

Secondly, it is loaded with vitamin A, which is known to fight the signs of ageing – and prevent them appearing in the first place! It's also brilliant at reducing the effects of sun damage such as age spots. Finally, rosehip oil contains beta-carotene and lycopene, both antioxidants that act as a barrier against the toxins that come part and parcel of everyday life.
