Designed to replace disposable plastic bags with a waste-free alternative, the Onya Life Reusable Bread Bag is ideal for storing your fresh bakery or homemade bread loaves. Made to Australian Bakers Industry Standards, the design mirrors the standard size of single-use plastic bread bags for easy use by your local baker.
With an airtight roll-and-clip closure and double lining, airflow is reduced along with the loaf as it's eaten to help keep it nice and fresh. To help keep bread fresh and prevent mould it's recommended to place the bread bag in the freezer after 2-3 days on the bench top. In a frost-free freezer, it can store bread for up to three months without freezer burn. If kept outside the freezer, the loaf will likely only be suitable for toast after the first day or so. Made from BPA-free, food-safe PET material, each bag is crafted from up to 10 recycled plastic drink bottles, helping to further reduce environmental waste and landfill.
Each bag measures 41cm long x 25.5cm wide, and features a 10cm gussett to allow high top loaves (up to 16cm) to fit.
Sustainable, 100% recyclable, made from recycled materials. Freezer-safe. Packaging made from post-consumer recycled material and printed with water-based inks, suitable for recycling or composting.
BPA-free food-safe PET material (recycled plastic drink bottles).
