Today, I am gonna take you through all the products I use on my body! I get to try all the products we stock but in the end, I am a very simple woman and I only use a few every day.
Let's start with my hair. I have thick and frizzy hair. The Andalou Naturals Argan Oil & Shea Moisture Rich Shampoo and the Andalou Naturals Argan Oil & Shea Moisture Rich Conditioner are great products! Argan Oil, Shea Butter, Hyaluronic Acid, and Pro-Vitamin B5 do an amazing job to moisturise from root to tip!
I also love at the moment the Andalou Naturals 1000 Roses® Complex Color Care Shampoo. This shampoo is coloured hair's best friend. Very often coloured hair is dry and damaged, this shampoo made with pomegranate, coconut and rosehip, and coconut oils, will help moisturise and protect against colour-fade. I just love the smell especially in winter and it's so affordable! I also use the Andalou Naturals 1000 Roses® Complex Color Care Leave-In Conditioner on my ends and before I blow dry.
I discovered the Black Chicken Remedies Axilla Deodorant Paste a long time ago when the founder, Chey Birch sent to me the first prototype! Since then, I am an absolute fan. Made of a unique blend of Arrowroot, Sodium Bicarbonate, and Organic Coconut Oil, doing a good job to neutralise odour, absorb moisture while allowing your sweat glands to dispel toxins. Apart from this deodorant and the No Pong All-Natural Anti-Odourant – ORIGINAL, I don't use anything else. No Pong deodorant is formulated with Sodium Bicarbonate, Coconut Oil, Beeswax, and Corn Starch. These ingredients work altogether to create a water-resistant environment where odour-producing bacteria can't survive. It's hard to say which one is my favourite between these two! The No Pong is maybe a bit smoother, so perfect in winter.
The Three Warriors Mousse is one of my favourites, it's so easy to apply and you can see results very quickly. There is absolutely nothing on the market that works like this! You only have to put it on using a glove - leave it for one hour and over the next 5 or 6 hours you look like you have gone to Bali! On top of that, this mousse is Australian made, Certified Organic, certified Australian Toxic-free, and certified cruelty-free. Formulated with Aloe Vera Juice, Tasmanian Manuka Honey, Coconut Oil, Tasmanian Olive Oil, and added Vitamin E it nurtures and protects the skin while helping to lock in moisture.
Once I have applied my Three Warriors Tan, I always love to follow this up with one of the Salt By Hendrix Body Glow Oils. I love their body oils as they do not only moisturise but they also leave on the skin a beautiful radiant glow. They all smell divine!
I also love the beautiful smell of the Weleda Wild Rose Body Oil, this product is absolutely wonderful to apply just after showering or bathing!
Otherwise, I go for the Life Basics Nourishing Body Oil.
This oil is suitable for all skin types and also for the face, made of a blend of Tangerine, Mandarin, and Vanilla, the final scent is delicious. My tip is to use it after showering so it locks in hydration!
I might be obsessed with roses at the moment but this Weleda Creamy Rose Body Wash is a beautiful creamy body wash. The scent of this body wash is simply delightful: Organic Rosehip Seed Oil combined to Rosa Damascena essential oil creates a perfect scent that you will love applying onto your skin. It gently cleanses and moisturises at the same time!
Last but not least, there is still one product I want to talk about: the Hydrea Vegan Dry Body Brush. A true-life changer!
This is an exfoliating dry body brush (made from cactus plant bristles!), which you use on dry skin, brushing upwards towards your heart to buff away and remove dead skin cells. So many benefits into one same brush! Use it to improve the lymphatic system and circulation, stimulate blood flow to the heart, improve skin tone and minimise the appearance of cellulite. If you are looking for a good exfoliating treatment this one is the one you need! Now that so many of us are at home and have a little bit more time, I recommend you to use once or twice a week!
