One of my go-to hand creams for the Winter time is the Weleda Skin Food, $14.95! This multipurpose product deeply hydrates the skin and protects it from environmental stressor using 100% natural ingredients including Chamomile, Calendula and Wild Pansy. You can use Skin Food not only as a nourishing hand cream, but also as a split end treatment, face mask for dehydrated skin, makeup primer and cuticle softener. It's a definite beauty cabinet must have!

Weleda Sea Buckthorn Hand Cream

Another fantastic product from Weleda is the Sea Buckthorn Hand Cream, $16.95. Formulated with essential oils including Light Sesame and Sea Buckthorn, this hand cream helps to protect hard working hands from moisture loss. It offers an intense boost of moisture to the skin to leave if looking and feeling smooth and supple! This hand cream also has the most delicious citrusy scent that has subtle hints of Grapefruit, Mandarin and Sandalwood. 100% Pure Lavender Hand Cream
