Clean Beauty Guide to CoQ10

Although there are so many people who use and love natural, clean beauty products, there's still a lingering misconception that natural ingredients just aren't as active as their chemical counterparts. But this just isn't true!

Case in point? CoQ10. This natural ingredient is a serious anti-ageing powerhouse. It's a clean key to a more youthful complexion!

What is CoQ10?

Not only is CoQ10 natural, it's actually a substance produced by and found in the body. As we age, our CoQ10 levels naturally begin to deplete, which means our skin isn't as well protected from free radical damage (which means our skin starts to lose its elasticity and starts to show visible signs of ageing) and our body isn't producing as much collagen as we'd like it to.

One of my very favourite CoQ10 rich products is the Life Basics CoQ10 Daily Facial Oil because it literally contains all of my favourite skin-loving vitamins!
