Men's Goodies for Valentines Day!

Skincare Recommendations

Natural skincare isn't only important for women, but men too! If you're looking to gently phase your man into using natural skin care, why not start by replacing his cleanser? Using a good cleanser is the foundation of any effective skincare routine.

For men one of my favourites is the Vanessa Megan Black Pepper Foaming Cleanser. This cleanser is great for anyone who doesn't like spending a lot of time on skincare, because it's actually a moisturiser and cleanser in one! It's the perfect product to wash away any dirt or stress of the day and best suited for oily to normal skin types. This great cleanser is completely natural and uses ingredients like aloe vera to increase the production of collagen in the skin and glycerin to protect the skin. It's suitable for everyday use and leaves skin looking fresh and invigorated!

After he falls in love with his new natural cleanser, it's time to introduce a nice moisturiser! I highly recommend the Weleda Moisture Cream for Men. This moisturiser is a really light formula that is made with 100% natural products that works to calm red patches of skin, combat dryness and protect against the elements. It is full of essential oils like jojoba that softens and moisturises the skin leaving it ultra smooth. There aren't many natural men's colognes out there, but One Seed Solitude Men's Eau De Cologne smells incredible! We have lots of great aftershave products here on Nourished Life that it's hard to narrow down my favourites!
