ECO. AROMA Pure Clary Sage Essential Oil has a soothing, herbaceous scent with a subtle undertone of fruit and florals, and is commonly used by women for period pain and the symptoms associated with PMS and menopause. It can also be used to create a calming, relaxing environment.

Other benefits of Pure Clary Sage Essential Oil include:

- Has anti-inflammatory properties
- Has antiseptic, astringent and bactericidal properties

It blends well with Bergamot, Cedarwood, German and Roman Chamomile, Frankincense, Neroli, Orange, Sandalwood and Ylang Ylang.

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser.
Massage: Add 50 drops to every 100ml of carrier oil.
Bath: Add 2 to 3 drops of essential oil in a small amount of carrier oil to warm bath water.
Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower in the evening and benefit from steam inhalation.
Topically: Mix 1 drop with 5ml/0.17fl.oz carrier oil and apply to wrists and back of the neck.

Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
Not recommended for use with children under 3 months. After 3 months use small amounts in a diffuser or a 1% dilution in carrier oil.
Use with caution around pets, never use topically and store bottles out of reach. If you have any concerns contact your vet
