Is this suitable for use during pregnancy?
This blend contains fennel, which is not recommended for use during pregnancy. However, it is safe to use in the last few weeks of pregnancy and during labor if desired. Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner.
Is this suitable for children?
Keep out of reach of children. This blend contains fennel, which is considered to be too stimulating and may affect digestive and lymphatic systems. Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies' skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming for their developing systems. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops than you would for an adult (e.g. 2-3 drops).
Is this suitable to use around pets?
Ylang ylang and citrus essential oils are not recommended for use around pets. Use this oil with caution, never use it topically and store bottles out of reach. If you have any concerns, contact your vet.
Can this oil be ingested?
Essential oils should not be taken internally unless you have consulted with a health professional or aromatherapist first.
