Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser.
Bath: Add 2-3 drops of essential oil in a small amount of carrier oil to warm bath water.
Skin: Add 1 drop of essential oil to 5ml of carrier oil and gently massage into the face and neck. Can be used daily.
Shower (steam inhalation): Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower.
Massage: Add 50 drops of essential oil to 100ml of carrier oil. This is enough for a full body ma

Use this oil with care, best used in a diffuser or diluted with a carrier oil (1% ratio).
If pregnant, avoid using essential oils during the first trimester. Thereafter seek the advice of a qualified practitioner.
Not recommended for use with children under 3 months. After 3 months use small amounts in a diffuser or a 1% dilution in carrier oil.
