This ECO. AROMA Pure Patchouli Essential Oil has a rich, earthy scent that lends itself to being the base note in an essential oil blend. It is also often used in perfume and fragrances. Patchouli Essential Oil can help to relieve nervous tension and soothe the mind, and is said to be an aphrodisiac. It is known for its deeply calming and grounding qualities.

How to use
Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser.
Bath: Add 2-3 drops of essential oil in a small amount of carrier oil to warm bath water.
Skin: Add 1 drop of essential oil to 5ml of carrier oil and gently massage into the face and neck. Can be used daily.
Shower (steam inhalation): Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower.
Massage: Add 50 drops of essential oil to 100ml of carrier oil. This is enough for a full body ma
