Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser.
Bath: Add up to 8 drops of essential oil in a small amount of carrier oil to warm bath water.
Skin: Add 1 drop of essential oil to 5ml of carrier oil and gently massage into the face and neck. Can be used daily.
Quick mood fix: A few deep inhalations straight from the bottle of essential oil can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break from strong emotions.
Massage: Add 15 drops of essential oil to 30ml of carrier oil. This is enough for a full body massage.

Use this oil with care, best used in a diffuser or diluted with a carrier oil (1% ratio).
If pregnant, avoid using essential oils during the first trimester. Thereafter seek the advice of a qualified practitioner.
Not recommended for use with children under 3 months. After 3 months use small amounts in a diffuser or a 1% dilution in carrier oil.
