Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser.
Massage: 2 drops per 12ml carrier oil.
Bath: Add up to 5 drops to a dispersant such as oil, then add to the bath.
Steam treatment: Add 2 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water. Place your face close to the bowl and cover the back of your head and bowl with a towel to trap the aromatic vapours. Keep eyes covered during treatment to avoid the risk of burns and scalding.
Pillow: Add 1-2 drops to your pillow before going to bed.

It is recommended to seek advice from a healthcare practitioner before using essential oils during pregnancy.
Is this suitable for children?
Keep out of reach of children. Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies' skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming for their developing systems. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops than you would for an adult (e.g. 2-3 drops).
Can this oil be ingested?
Essential oils should not be taken internally unless you have consulted with a health professional or aromatherapist first.
